Bringing the Wild to the Classroom

Every year, 3,000+ students from the Western Montana area participate in the International Wildlife Film Festival Youth Matinee Program. Films from IWFF48 program are screened based on age appropriateness, and programs are complemented with presentations from filmmakers, scientists, and even special animal guests. The matinee screenings are FREE of charge to attend. In addition, limited funding is available to cover transportation costs associated with traveling to the matinees.
