IWFF works closely with each of our sponsors to make sure that the festival is beneficial to your media plan and a bright spot every April for your employees or clients. 

IWFF had a fabulous 2019 festival with 9,297 engaged attendees watching wildlife and environmental documentaries. We screened films to over 3,000 children at our Youth Matinee program. Our highly successful IWFF LABS Fellows completed four impactful short films that deliver inspiring stories of the good work within Missoula’s conservation and scientific community.

Radio Spots: Week long ad run leading up to the screening of your sponsored film, on Trail 103.3, U104.5, ESPN 1029 and Jack FM 1059. Our partnership with The Trail reaches from Darby-->St Ignatius and has tens of thousands of listeners per week.

MT Fuel Montana Gas Station TV Ads: 9 Missoula area gas-station partners with a total of 76 screens. Ads run for two weeks before the festival

Roxy and Dennison Theater Pre-Show Ad Roll: 30 days on-secreen advertising during the month of April at the Roxy Theater in front of 6,200 attendees per month and pre-roll at the Dennison Theater Youth Matinees during the week of the festival to 3,000 Missoula area students

Passes and Tickets:  All-Access Passes gain admittance to all IWFF screenings, parties and field trips. All-Screening passes will allow you entry to any film screening at the Roxy Theater. Individual tickets gain admittance to any screening.  (Passes valued @ $200 each / Single tickets @ $8) 

Pre-film Announcements: Live mentions during film introductions and Q&A of sponsored film, “This film brought to you by our friends at {your name here} . . .” 


  • AWARDS: Sponsors will have their choice of awards to sponsor. For example, “the Best of Student Film Award Presented by {your name here}. Sponsors attend the awards ceremony and present the award to the winning filmmaker. ($250)
  • EDUCATIONAL YOUTH  MATINEES: This sponsorship goes directly to a scholarship fund for local classrooms to attend the Youth Matinee Series for no fee. ($500)
  • IWFF PARTY: Presenting Sponsor owns naming rights for party of their choice. We do the planning, you do the enjoying. ($1000)
  • IWFF WILDFEST BOOTH: Dedicated space at WildFest on Saturday, April 13th in Caras Park following 27th Annual WildWalk parade. ($50)
